   •    The warranty does not cover:
   •    Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or fading.
   •    Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or accidents.
   •    Lost items or parts.
   •    We do not offer repairs under any circumstances.

Claim Process
   •    Warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
   •    To initiate a claim, please email Support@charmedjewelsshop.com with the following information:
   •    Your order number.
   •    A detailed description of the issue.
   •    Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

Resolution
   •    If the claim is approved, we will offer:
   •    A replacement of the same item, subject to stock availability.
   •    If the item is out of stock, an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.

Important Notes
   •    Shipping fees for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
   •    All approved replacements or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after the claim is verified.
